What you will do
Handle paperwork and workplace health and safety filings.
Record CRA correspondence and organize legal documents.
Publish monthly stakeholder e-newsletter.
Assist Sales/SDR with CRM management, scheduling, and proposal creation.
Help with Bookkeeping/Finance tasks, including Quickbooks, invoices, and expenses.
Support Business Planning/Grants/Compliance with plan updates, grant management, and NRC submissions.
Optionally, manage Project Management tasks like task tracking and prospect ing.
What you will bring
Open to independent contractors or those interested in a part time position
Located in Atlantic Canada (NL, NS, NB, PEI)
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Enjoys process improvement.
Proficient in writing and proofreading.
Willingness to learn new skills.
Previous project management experience is a plus.
