HGC Class 1 Driver 

Monday – Friday: 6.00AM STARTS 

Pay Rate: £14.00 PER HOUR

People Solutions are recruiting HGV Class 1 driver to work for a well established haulier based in Sheffield. This position may lead to a full time permanent role for the right candidate.

Day to Day Duties

• Follow Company procedures and comply with the Driving Laws
• Assist with securing loads
• Ensure daily vehicle checks are completed and unit is well presented at all time
• Complete runs including handball
• General haulage

Essential Skills

• Hold Category UK C+E licence
• Hold UK CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Have a minimum of 12 months experience driving C+E vehicles
• Maximum of 6 penalty points with no major endorsement codes
• Work in a professional manner
• Experience with various trailer types

Desirable Experience

• Experience working on genera haulage.
