Do you have great HR experience and entrepreneurial hustle? Are you tired of being the only HR person in your organization? We’re seeking an individual with great HR experience to train to be one of our hard-working, fun HR Business Partner as a true business partner to our clients. This position is hybrid.

The functions of the position are:

• Functioning as strategic business advisor to client senior management in the development and execution of human resources strategies in support of the organization’s business plan and direction, to include: culture development, handbook and policy development and administration, organizational and performance management, change management, manager quality and employee development, talent management, succession planning, compensation, benefit administration, payroll, recruiting and any other need of the client.
• Developing HR plans and strategies to support achievement of the client’s business objectives, short-term and long-term.
• Managing employee relations for the client to include coaching and counsel to management and employees, conflict resolution, investigation handling, corrective action as warranted.
• Developing custom Employee Handbooks, policies and guidelines that are compliant with federal and state regulations and incorporate client brand, culture, values and behaviors in support of the client mission. Creative writing experience preferred.
• Managing compensation, benefits, and payrolls for client companies.
• Provide miscellaneous help as circumstances warrant, including: SWOT analysis, business plan development assistance, mission statement / company values, ability to research value-added external services.
• Recruiting experience essential.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a 4-year degree in HR, with at least 4-5 years of HR management experience
• An understanding of how business works, and how to align everything HR with the desired results of business
• The ability to understand small to mid-sized business owners and their needs
• A full comprehension of federal and state compliance laws, and how to apply them
• A sense of humor, hustle, and can-do attitude
• A customer service orientation that can’t be beat, and the hustle necessary to serve multiple clients
• Recruiting experience helpful
