People Group Limited Looking for Site Engineer at Essex Full Time

We are recruiting a Site Engineer for a Principal Design & Build Civils Contractor to work on a £30M civils project in Essex.

With revenue approaching 100M a year, their sweet spot is projects around the 20M to 50M mark.  They run lean teams meaning you’ll have a bigger role, be given more responsibility and gain way more exposure than you would sitting on a mega project. Wherever possible, they self-deliver with their own plant and labour.

Oh, and if you fancy working internationally then they can offer that as well. A year in Jamaica… don’t mind if I do.

I won’t bore you with a list of duties, but what I will say is that you will need to have a civil engineering qualification (HND, Degree or equivalent), have demonstrable site-based experience on a civil engineering project (Rail, Highways, Water) and have an SMSTS and CSCS Card.

Asides this, I guess everything else comes down to you having the right attitude.  If you want to get on, then this business will 100% support you.
