About the Role
Due to an influx of work in both the Logistics & Freight Forwarding sectors, we are now seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join the team
We are a small but agile team and we work hard and have fun.
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be fully trained in the best practices and methodologies to become one of the best recruiters in Brisbane.

Your role, in a nutshell, is as follows:

• Screening applications in job adverts
• Data entry
• Undertake reference checks
• Assisting with the onboarding process including reference checks, booking medicals
• Phone screening of candidates
• Answer general enquires
• General administration and ad hoc duties to support the recruitment team

About you

• Experience in a recruitment support environment
• Strong computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel and databases
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Page Up experience is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and initiative
• Ability to work as part of a team and be flexible to the needs of the business
• Experience assisting in a high volume recruitment Blue Collar environment is highly advantageous.
