We currently have an exciting new opportunity for Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. This role will be paramount in supporting the exciting growth of our company and will involve managing our Recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Talent Acquisition activities in line with the company’s objectives and plans for growth
• Coordinate all Recruitment activities; to include:

• Liaising with Hiring Managers to create and refine job descriptions.
• Advertising/posting vacancies.
• Conducting pre-screening and initial interviews, if required.
• Scheduling interviews.
• Liaising with candidates throughout the process.

• Create and maintain talent pools of high-quality candidates, engaging regularly to keep them ‘warm’.
• Pro-actively source candidates using job boards and LinkedIn.
• Manage our Applicant Tracking System (Teamtailor):

• Ensure all information and data is accurate, up to date and GDPR compliant.
• Become the Super User for Teamtailor.
• Liaise with Teamtailor regarding any issues, support or updates.

Skills and Experience

Candidate Profile

• The successful candidate will have Talent Acquisition/Recruitment (either in-house or agency) experience, ideally within the HRIS/People Technology market.
• The successful candidate will have experience in building an engaged hiring pipeline as this is an area we are particularly looking to develop, in addition to the coordination of general recruitment activities.
• Experience of working with Applicant Tracking systems is desired, but not essential.
• The successful candidate will be:

• Well organised and capable of managing various activities simultaneously, with changing priorities.
• Able to work to tight deadlines.
• A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, using their initiative.
• Personable and good at building and maintaining relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent command of English (speaking, reading, writing, and listening).

What’s on Offer?

· Salary of £40,000 per annum (39 hours per week)
