The organisation
The Front Project (TFP) is a national for-purpose organisation dedicated to ensuring equal access to early learning for all children, with an emphasis on addressing societal disadvantage. The role
The Front Project’s Board is currently seeking an influential and motivational Chief Executive Officer CEO), capable of translating vision into action, to drive strategic objectives, including policy, impact, and organisational growth.
The ideal candidate will ideally have a sense of social policy, advocacy, and social change dynamics in Australia. They should have strong and influential networks with a proven ability to adeptly navigate political and funding landscapes, ensuring financial sustainability while inspiring teams and executing visionary initiatives in early childhood education.
A genuine commitment to enhancing outcomes for vulnerable children is crucial for this role.
