The HR Representative will operate as a generalist to support specific business units within our company while specializing in the area of recruiting and onboarding related functions. The Representative will successfully manage talent acquisition needs by composing and posting employment vacancies, developing recruitment sourcing plans, managing internal need and application tracking, conducting initial resume and phone screenings, recommending, and arranging interviews for hiring managers, manage the candidate recruiting process from need generation to on-boarding. The Representative will be expected to build and foster positive and productive relationships with the management and employees of their business unit. The Representative will also aid in employee relations and be a responsive source for HR-related questions and needs. The ideal candidate will have prior Human Resources experience, with a background in industrial recruiting being an asset. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with employees, management, and potential candidates on a timely and effective basis. As a partner in the HR department, the Representative will be involved in a variety of departmental projects with a more HR generalist focus. This position may require occasional travel.
