Our Talent Acquisition Partners are responsible for the end-to-end recruitment and selection process from developing and implementing recruitment strategies through to on-boarding new starters. Join Penske and help us build our future team as we continue to grow.

In this role you will:

• Guide and coach hiring managers in the recruitment process.
• Ensure our recruitment processes are optimised.
• Contribute towards a positive candidate experience.
• Attract, identify and screen applicants through a variety of platforms.
• Manage and participate in the recruitment process.
• Utilise best practices and job posting resources to increase applicant traffic for all company positions.
• Coordinate domestic & international recruitment campaigns.
• Communicate with hiring Managers and other stakeholders regularly to quickly fill vacancies.

About you:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource discipline or relevant experience.
• Previous recruitment experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Possess sound organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Time management skills and ability to cope with changing priorities in an effective and efficient manner.
• Capable of working without supervision and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, and experience in HRMS and contemporary social media applications.
