Position Summary:
Responsible for developing, implementing and managing various recruitment projects in order to meet the staffing needs of the Company. Assists with the maintenance of job descriptions and other forms, documents, policies and procedures associated with recruitment and onboarding. Plans and manages internal and external recruitment functions to include job fairs, public events, publications, and postings.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information in accordance with established Company policy, and in compliance with regulations.
2. Responsible for fostering an environment of support and motivation for team members.
3. Composes and updates legally compliant job descriptions; ensures all job descriptions are current, reviews annually or more frequently as needed.
4. Pre-screens and suggests applicants for current and future positions.
5. Assists with on-boarding process.
6. Manages recruiting through HRIS, including requisitions, applications, ing and analytics.
7. Manages recruiting process to ensure compliance with company policy, i.e., creating and extending correct and timely offers.
8. Responsible for coordinating and implementing job fairs for each property and as needed.
9. Establishes relationships with workforce partners, educational institutions, or any other resource at all locations in which Rosie’s operates. The expectation is that true relationships are formed with the understanding that the relationship result in new applicants for the company.
10. Utilizes job boards, job fairs, community resources, etc. to continuously recruit for applicants.
11. Maintains knowledge of all open positions and critical placements.
12. Establishes and maintains relationship with each property management team in order to understand staffing needs.
13. Assists with special projects, events, or as needed at all properties.
14. Resolves problems that are within the position’s scope of authority and recommends courses of action to resolve problems that are beyond the scope of authority to the position’s supervisor.
15. Take on and manage various duties as assigned in order to aid in achievement of evolving company goals and objectives.
