Penney Kia is Looking for Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Full Time

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in an industry leading state-of-the-art dealership that carries a strong reputation for exceptional customer service and overall commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers

• Filing documents

• Ordering/stocking office supplies

• Keeping showroom, customer lounge, and reception area clean and tidy

• Recording employee attendance

• Collecting gas/diesel receipts and entering data into Excel spreadsheet

• Preparing internal mail

• Processing and recording payments (Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Cash)

• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in Office Administration strongly preferred

• An equivalent combination of work experience and education will be considered

• General automotive knowledge considered a strong asset
