* Consider joining the Metal Exchange family as Talent Acquisition Manager based out of our Leetonia, Ohio office. This position develops sourcing strategy/recruitment programs to attract, identify and source qualified candidates and oversees the preparation of interviews and other hiring and selection materials and processes to foster a positive candidate experience. Assist with the design, development and execution of communications, programs and policies that enable employee potential and are aligned with business objectives. To accomplish this, you’ll work on key projects with the Human Resources Work Group as well as internal and external customers, while actively fostering a workplace culture that motivates employees, ensuring they are trained and developed to enjoy success in their role.
