Description
We’re searching for a dedicated Office Assistant to provide support as a hybrid position within our quickly growing rental property management company.
The first half of the day will be spent assisting the maintenance department on follow up calls to residents to ensure their maintenance items have been addressed and we have a happy resident.
While the afternoons will be spent assisting in backup on occupied property walk through’s and more clerical duties involving onboarding new rental properties.
Job requirements are punctuality, being accountable, bringing a positive and friendly attitude, and exuding leadership skills to expand the position with creativity and grow within the team.
The position is mostly in the office but does require site visits for property walk-throughs. Hours are Monday-Friday 8 : 30 am to 5 pm and on call one weekend per month.
