What You Will Be Doing

Talent Acquisition is a fundamental part of the Talent and Administration team, responsible for the delivery of a diverse range of activities, to administer recruitment, on-boarding and compliance functions. Talent Acquisition provides advice and support to hiring managers to ensure they have accurate and timely information.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:

• Demonstrated experience providing expert advice and support in a HR generalist role.
• Demonstrated experience in providing advice to stakeholders in relation to human resource practices and procedures, including the application of the Enterprise Agreement and associated policies.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment and on-boarding.
• Sound written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate confidently and clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• High level of organisational and time management skills, with the ability to establish priorities to meet conflicting deadlines.
• Role model PH Values and Behaviours.
• Hold, or working towards, tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
