Salary expectations: £30,000 – £35,000 – dependent on experience

My client is looking for an ambitious Newly Qualified Architect/ Part 3 to join their close-knit practice based in Hockley. An RIBA-chartered practice who have developed a diverse portfolio of clients since their establishment. A passionate team who are looking to increase in size to develop into more sectors and diversify their industry knowledge. This post offers the opportunity to work on a variety of Residential and Educational projects, whilst playing a key role in the growth of a young practice. The successful candidate can expect to be both welcomed and challenged within this practice.

An ideal candidate would have strong written and verbal communication skills. It is essential that the candidate have strong AutoCAD skills.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Newly Qualified Architect/ Part 3:

• ARB-Registered Architect/Part 3 (essential)
• Several years’ experience within the residential (essential)
• Proficient in AutoCAD (essential)
• Good knowledge of current building regulations and requirements
• Attention to detail
• Positive and motivated attitude
• Confident engaging with clients/contractors
• Flare for design
