Junior BREEAM Specialist | Home Based | Permanent

Our client is looking for a Junior BREEAM specialist to join their Planning, Sustainability and Building Regulations firm. The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects within the residential, commercial, and retail sectors.

Requirements:

• Degree in Sustainability, Energy or similar
• Knowledge of BREEAM
• Excellent communication, verbal and written
• Full UK Driving License
• BREEAM qualifications (Desirable)
• Flexibility to travel to client meetings and construction sites

Duties:

• Complete BREEAM Assessments from planning through to completion
• Assist with Whole Life Cycle Carbon Assessments in line with London Plan requirements
• Support with major projects and co-ordinate services with clients
• Produce monthly client update s and billing schedules
