Penguin Recruitment is proud to be representing a leading Geo-environmental Consultancy in their search for a Senior / Principal Geo-environmental Engineer. My Client offers a wide range of services from Geo-environmental consultancy & planning and also extends to remediation, demolition, grouting, drilling and civil engineering projects.

Key Skills and Experience required:

• Degree in Engineering Geology/Environmental Engineering
• Post graduate experience in Geo-environmental or geotechnical consulting.
• Site Investigations experience
• Contaminated land regulatory and legislative framework experience
• Factual and interpretative Phase I & II assessments
• Working towards chartership/achieved chartership
• Project management experience
• Full and Clean UK driving Licence

Typical Duties in role:

• Project management
• Log soil and rock in accordance with BS: 5930:2015+A1:2020
• Reviewing, Writing and Approval of interpretive and factual reports
• Engaging in client liaison and business development
• Liaison with regulators
• Giving technical advice and support to clients.
• Formulate quotes/tenders for potential projects.
• Management of junior staff.
