Penguin Recruitment are thrilled to be supporting a growing and dynamic multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy in their search for a Senior Planner in London.

My client provide a wide range of services across the major industry sectors including commercial, health, defence, education, residential and community. They offer a wide variety of services such as architecture, building surveying, building services engineering, planning, interior design, sustainability, civil and structural engineering, quantity surveying, project management, CDM and health and safety services.

Candidates are expected to:

• Have a suitable level of experience in a senior position
• Accomplished in Microsoft Office
• Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute
• A range of sector experience, including some retail experience

Main duties of the role will include:

• Assist team lead role
• Support with workload scheduling and resource programming
• Provide high-level strategy advice to clients regarding their development proposals
• Promote the work of the planning team and provide clear roles and services
• Assist in marketing the discipline by establishing targets, visiting potential clients and networking etc
• Provide input to fee quotations
• Contribute to the company in terms of management, discipline development and business plan objectives.
