This is your opportunity to bring your skills to a huge and ever expanding engineering consultancy. With options to work in Leeds or Manchester, you will be in charge of leading and delivering geotechnical design projects and managing site investigations.

We are looking for:

• Great team working skills
• Experience of managing geotechnical design projects
• Financial and technical management background
• Strong AutoCAD and MS Office Skills
• Higher Degree in Engineering Geology/ Geotechnical/Civil Engineering or similar
• Design and administration experience
• Desirable – Master’s degree (Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering)

Typical duties will include:

• Preparing budgets
• Leading and delivering geotechnical designs across multidisciplinary sectors
• Supervising ground investigations
• Marketing to develop external customer relationships
• Undertaking risk assessments, analysis of site investigations and highway/rail documentation
