Penguin Recruitment are assisting the UK’s leading remediation and waste management contractor in their search for a Geotechnical Engineer in the West Midlands.

This exciting opportunity offers the chance to join an expanding and highly skilled team geotechnical team, working on a diverse range of projects throughout the inception, design and construction stages

Our client is looking for candidates with 1 to 5 years’ experience in the industry and a degree in a relevant field (Geology, Geotechnics, Civil Engineering etc). ). Applicants are required to have a full UK driving license.

The main duties of the role include:

• Phase 1 and Phase 2 desk studies
• Working on ground investigation projects from start to finish
• Managing and collecting site data
• Soil and rock logging
