Penguin Recruitment Looking for Flood Risk and Drainage Engineer- Hertford at Hertford, Hertfordshire Full Time

My client, a specialist UK based Transport and Civil Engineering Consultancy, is searching for a Flood Risk and Drainage Engineer to join and develop their Flood Risk Engineering team based in Hertford.

It is essential that applicants have a strong BSc and/or MSc in a relevant discipline (e.g. Civil Engineering or Environmental Management) and have ideally 2 years+ experience working for a UK based Consultancy or Local Authority completing Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Strategy and/or Drainage Design using AutoCAD and/or Microdrainage.

It is beneficial for applicants to live within commutable distance of Hertford.

As a Flood Risk and Drainage Engineer you will be required to complete Flood Risk, Drainage and Civil Engineering Projects for Residential, Commercial and Industrial Developments Sector Clients, Housing Developers and Local Authorities.

You will be required to complete Flood Risk Assessments, Surface Water Management Plans, Catchment Management Plans, Drainage Strategy and SuDS, Foul and Surface Water Drainage Design using AutoCAD and Microdrainage.
