Civils Team Leader – Leeds

Our client is seeking a Civil Engineering Team Leader, based in their Leeds office.

You will be responsible for leading a large team of engineers and technicians working on a variety of projects across a range of sectors. Ideally you will have a strong skill set in Highways design, with an emphasis on Drainage.

You will have strong resource management skills and be able to demonstrate how you have worked effectively across disciplines in the past, balancing your team’s workload with wider business needs.

You will be a natural leader. A strong all-rounder with project management skills, technical expertise and commercial acumen too. We are asking for a lot but this is a key role.

You must have proven experience of leading a large civil engineering team, hold a degree in Civil Engineering and hole Chartered Status (or be very close).
