ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR (CIVILS)

The Company

Our client is an established and growing civil and structural engineering consultancy based in Reading. The business is growing and has a pipeline of work that you can get stuck in to. Recent projects have been within retail, residential, commercial and some industrial work. Due to project demands and a desire to grow the business further they are now looking for an Associate level Civil Engineer to join the team.

The Role

You will be a key driver in the business working closely with the group of engineering directors. You will lead the technical delivery of complex civil engineering projects, completing technical reports, specifications, design & drawing work, calculations and feasibility studies. You will be the technical lead on projects and need to ensure projects are delivered on budget and on time. You will also support the business through business development activities and ideally use industry contacts to create new potentially opportunities for the company.

About You

To be successful in this role you need to be a chartered civil engineer with experience working on civil design projects in a similar role. Ideally you will have experience working on residential, commercial or industrial projects. You also must be able to demonstrate an ability to win business.
