JOB DESCRIPTION Clearance Level : Top Secret / SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Skill Level(s) : Manager The Candidate will develop, create, and modify data structure and data load routines for analytic use cases.

The Candidate will work with relational data tiers including cleansing, transforming and processing of structured data. Required Skills Clearance Level : Top Secret / SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Skill Level(s) : Manager The Candidate shall possess and provide the following required skills and demonstrated experience : utilizing Oracle, PostgreSQL and modern database technologies.

Tableau, COGNOS and modern technologies for ing presentation. developing and interfacing with Application Program Interfaces (APIs).

performing testing and quality assurance of developed solutions within the existing Oracle data tier. developing, creating, and modifying data structure and data load routines for analytic use cases.

working with relational data tiers including cleansing, transforming and processing of structured data. developing and supporting applications using Java, JavaScript, and Python.

working with views, triggers and Oracle PL and SQL. knowledge of Amazon Web Services environments, including RDS, S3, etc.

working within an Agile project management model and approved Project Management Frameworks. aligning data architecture with enterprise strategy and architectures that integrate and improve the quality of enterprise data.

Highly Desired Skills Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include : as agile scrum master and agile development team member.

Amazon Web Services / Cloud Data Migration Services. JIRA. IMMUTA data policy. collaborating and presenting technical information with Sponsor staff, IT customers, and other technical and non-technical staff and contractors at all levels.

a variety of data repository types (i.e., relational, NoSQL, distributed processing framework, etc.). creating and interfacing with REST APIs.
