Meet Our Team:

As the primary interface between the Talent Attraction and the lines-of-business, the Talent Attraction Lead will be responsible for supporting the hiring success for the Asia Pacific & Japan region. Reporting into the EMEA & APJ Leader you will be the eyes and ears of the region taking a tactical and operational lead to support our hiring success.

In this role, you’ll support the Go to Market organization as a Talent Attraction Lead translating business hiring needs into our Talent Attraction strategy. As Pega’s Talent Attraction Lead you will be the ambassador, architect and advisor executing global talent strategy. You will act as the subject matter expert on regional talent strategy and solutions for the region, partnering closely with People and Business Leaders in the APJ region.

What You’ll Do at Pega:

• Ensures staffing needs are met in accordance with organizational staffing strategies.
• Owns the adherence to talent operations standards and attentively looks for efficiencies to our hiring lifecycle.
• Champions our brand and referral strategy across the region working with our social, marketing and EVP messaging.
• Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a quality experience in the talent acquisition process for candidates and business partners.
• Responsible for delivering on all TA metrics (Cost, Quality and Time) for all supported business lines. Uses reporting for change management, education and recognition of progress.
• Plays an advisory role to the business and People leaders on the Talent Strategy from a hiring of talent perspective.
• Supports the onboarding of new hiring managers with interview training.
• Manage recruiter’s utilization of Pega’s Applicant Tracking System – Success Factors

What You’ve Accomplished:

• 10+ years recruiting experience including 5+ years managerial/leadership experience in Talent Attraction.
• Strong organization change management skills.
• Ability to work at pace in a highly collaborative organization. You can switch between being tactical and strategic and still enjoy active recruiting.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated focus on operations and continuous improvement
• Strong coaching skills, process development skills and consulting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interviewing skills, industry knowledge and technical expertise leading recruiting teams
• Large scale ATS experience, preferably with Success Factors
