PEEL CAR SALES Hiring for Receptionist/Administration at Mississauga, ON Full Time

Peel Car Sales Inc., is a growing used car dealership in Mississauga. We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist and Delivery specialist. To be successful in this position, you must have a strong sense of customer service with strong administrative and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Greeting customers and screening them for COVID-19
• Assisting customers with by seating them and finding them the right salesman.
• Ensuring efficient customer flow through the various areas of the front desk
• Updating customers database on our software
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Consenting customers for various procedures and processing payments

OBJECTIVES:

• Provide superior service to customers
• Ensure professionalism in all communications with existing or potential customers
• 100% accuracy of information provided to customers

SKILLS & APTITUDES INCLUDE:

• Customer service driven
• Previous experience in working as a receptionist is considered an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Quick learner
• Ability to prioritize; strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure
• Interest in Auto industry
• Speak languages. Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $3,000.00-$4,000.00 per month
