Peekaboo Canyon Wood Fired Kitchen is a full-service vegetarian/vegan restaurant. Our menu features artisanal wood-fired pizza, eclectic favorite food entrees prepared to vegetarian and vegan recipes, house-made desserts, and pastries. We have a full-service bar, local craft beers, fine wines, and craft cocktails.

Jobs:

• Pizza Cook/Line/Prep Cooks/Servers: Must have prior experience and current food handlers permit. Customer service and versatility. Pizza prep and oven skills, knife skills, plating & presentation, portion control, recipe consistency, good attitude, and willingness to learn, take instructions and hold yourself and other staff accountable for a great product. Servers must have experience in a fast-paced environment, be able to relate to local and international guests, know the menu, be attentive to patrons, and be able to turn tables with courtesy.
