We are looking for a dedicated Pediatrician to join our healthcare team in Malerkotla Near Ludhiana, Punjab This role is suitable for recent graduates or those with up to six years of experience in pediatrics. As a Pediatrician, you will provide essential medical care to children, ensuring their health and development.
Key Responsibilities:
– **Patient Care**: Examine and assess children’s health, diagnose illnesses, and provide treatment plans. You will be responsible for ensuring that each child receives the right medication and care tailored to their specific needs.
– **Health Education**: Guide parents and guardians on nutrition, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices for their children. You will educate families on vaccinations and regular check-ups to promote long-term health.
– **Monitoring Development**: Track the growth and development of children through regular check-ups. You will assess milestones and offer support to address any developmental concerns early on.
– **Collaboration**: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and specialists, to ensure comprehensive care for young patients. You will coordinate care plans and follow-ups to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates must have a post-graduate degree in Pediatrics. Strong communication skills are essential to interact effectively with children and their families. A compassionate and patient-centered approach is necessary to provide a supportive healthcare environment. Ability to work well in a team setting is also vital for this role. Qualification MD/DNB in Pediatrics . Package Upto 3 LPM .
