PediaStaff Hiring for Assistant Recruiting Coordinator – Career Center Associate Job at Tupelo, MS Full Time

• In this exciting and challenging position, you’ll support and assist recruiters and managers
• Process incoming candidates, and evaluate their qualifications based on job requirements
• Maintain data integrity in our Salesforce-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Substantial computer work; email, texting, use of our ATS, report generation
• Some phone work, receiving calls from both our candidates and our client companies, scheduling interviews
• Option of full-time or part-time
• Office in Tupelo with some flexibility to work from home
• Hourly pay with bi-weekly direct deposit

Requirements:

• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude and desire to take initiative
• Solid verbal and written communication
• Exhibit positivity, professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, PowerPoint, Gmail, and aptitude to learn new software as needed

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in a recruiting or staffing office using Applicant Tracking Systems, Salesforce experience is a plus
• Associates degree
