Pebble Brook Preschool Hiring for Preschool Teacher Full Time

We are seeking a preschool teacher who can help engage students and challenge them to learn. A successful candidate will have experience communicating with both children and parents and will also be comfortable being the focal point of the classroom. Our preschool teachers are expected to be focused, efficient and articulate, and successful applicants will be able to develop lesson plans that engage children.

Responsibilities:

• Structure the classroom environment to meet children’s needs and promote socialization.
• Observe and record a child’s growth and development over time.
• Teach basic reading and writing to children.
• Teach children how to self-regulate their behavior, use language appropriately, and interact socially.
• Observe interactions among groups of children in the classroom setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)

• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
