At Pearse Consulting LLC we provide a great product to private businesses to get connected directly with government buyers and receive stable revenue increases for their company in a streamlined manner. Generally, our ticket price ranges from $6,000-$8,000.

As an Appointment Setter, your success is directly tied to your ability to set quality appointments. You’re a master of cold calling, prospecting, and persuasion. Qualifications:

· Proven track record in sales (3 years minimum)

· Qualified candidates for this position will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, clear communication, empathy, and persuasive abilities.

· Ability to handle objections and think on your feet in a clear & concise manner.

· We’re seeking self-starters with a strong work ethic, who are willing to put in the hard work required to achieve their goals. If you don’t have a natural inclination towards hard work, this may not be the right fit for you.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a work from home environment.

Hardware requirements:

· Windows 10/11 computer, (Chromebooks not compatible with our systems)

· Reliable internet connection, ethernet connection.

· Wired USB headset.

· Wired USB mouse.

Responsibilities:

· Generate quality appointments with Owners/CEOs/Presidents

· Qualify leads to ensure they meet the company’s criteria for a viable sales opportunity.

· Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing & gathering accurate information.

· Work closely with the team to stay up to date on service and product knowledge.

· Following up with potential clients to confirm appointments and ensure all necessary details are in place.

Pay & Commission Structure

· We offer $13 per hour & 5% of each Sale.

· Weekly pay!

· You will have a true unlimited earning potential; it is only limited by the number of appointments you can set and the deals that result from those appointments.

· You will be working as a 1099 independent contractor which allows for a great deal of flexibility in terms of where you can work.
