Our client is leading equipment manufacturer with a specialisation in the mining and construction industries. They are currently seeking an experienced Systems Specialist to join their People and Services team based in Guildford.

What will this position see you doing?

This position will see you focusing on the following (however, not limited to):

• Analysing people systems (SAP SuccessFactors) and identifying / implementing improvement strategies.
• Prepare management reports, process maps and work instructions for users.
• Liaise with management and executives on processes, improvement solutions, and general system operations.
• Provide systems training and support.

What do you need to succeed in this position?
You will need to possess the following:

• Experience within a similar position and systems knowledge with SAP Success Factors.
• Business analysis and process modelling experience.
• Ability to liaise and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Capable of developing high level reports and data analysis including managing the implantation of technical projects.
