Pear Properties is Looking For General Cleaner – Airbnb at Edmonton, AB Full Time

Responsibilities:
– Perform general cleaning duties and general outdoor maintenance to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our airbnbs
– Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
– Dust and wipe down surfaces
– Empty trash bins and replace liners
– Clean and sanitize restrooms
– Restock supplies as needed
– Follow cleaning schedules and procedures
– any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor

Experience:
– Previous experience in cleaning preferred
– Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
– Attention to detail and ability to work independently
– Strong time management skills

THIS IS A CONTRACTOR POSITION – You would be contracted to attend to any of our 44 properties across Edmonton.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: From $18.00 per hour
