Role
● Our sales representatives present and sell our programs to individuals within our niche (LGBTQ+ Professionals). Our sales reps love changing lives, seeing individuals grow, helping people be their best – and are absolutely committed to enrolling the right clients, consistently, to achieve our mission.
Responsibilities
● Actively works to improve their performance, with or without oversight
● Must be self-motivated
● Sending confirmation texts to potential clients to confirm their calls prior to the scheduled time slot they booked to help decrease no show rates
● Available most days from 10am – 6pm EST to take calls (and some evenings and weekends)
● Ensuring proper tracking and notation of lead pipeline in Excel
● Allowing Sales Manager to shadow calls, evaluate sales, provide training and feedback
● Following up with potential clients placing deposits
● Educating clients on our products and services from an expert perspective
● Working as a team with the organic leads team to utilize warm up process to full potential to increase close rates
● Provide insightful and valuable feedback on lead quality, show up rates etc. to help dial in paid lead generation strategies
● Use both internal and external resources to maintain up to date knowledge of our products and industry
● Attend (1) weekly huddle up to discuss “hot” leads, new strategies, and collaborate with our Marketing team to improve our systems and sales outcomes
Results
● All prospects are properly tracking and information is documented on client details so service staff has proper expectations
● A close rate of 40% of calls from paid ads showed is maintained and 65% of organic leads showed is maintained
● Sales stats sheet is updated daily, by 8 pm EST Monday-Friday
Requirements
● Efficient with Facebook, Instagram, Excel, and Zoom
● Amazing interaction over the phone / FB / video conference
● Experience with HIGH TICKET SALES
● Excellent communication skills
● Excellent at building rapport
● Must be the living example of the Peak Performance culture at all times
● Must be open for a full-time position
● Must be punctual
● Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings
● Open to growing rapidly
● Self sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
