• Reviewing and performing Transmission Line modeling/analysis with industry leading software (PLS-CADD)
• Design and structural analysis of transmission line structures which include steel poles and lattice tower structures.
• Design and analysis of high moment capacity foundations for transmission line structures.
• Conducting structural analysis and developing design options for transmission line structures.
• Helping preparing cost estimates or specifications for projects.
• Ability to work in team environment but also work independently.
• Participate in internal and external training and conferences to improve knowledge and improve professional growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required (Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred). The candidate must have good written and oral communication skills to work effectively with internal team members and external client personnel.

• EIT (Engineering in Training)
• A Professional Engineering license (PE)
• Previous experience in designing projects and leading project teams for EHV transmission lines.
• Experience using PLS CADD, PLS POLE and PLS TOWER software packages.
• Experience in foundation design using L-PILE/MFAD design programs.
• Transmission structure load and design.
• Experience in field design reviews and/or construction observation
