PEAK Technical Staffing USA Hiring for OEM Sales Manager Full Time

Job Description:

• Identify, develop, and establish business relations with Key Decision makers at targeted IEM’s (new and existing).
• Collaborate closely with Branch Sales leaders and Regional Sales Management to drive new business opportunities to the local / sustaining Branch.
• Monitor business activity and development at the OEM’s (and where applicable, the OEM’s Contract Manufacturing Partner), analyze trends, markets and competition that may impact the OEM’s in identifying opportunities for additional revenue and profit.
• Coordinate Engineering Seminars (Lunch and Learns) at the OEM design centers, win print position and guide those wins to the consumption point.
• NPI support including sourcing and samples.
• Part print requests.
• Coordination with Global Account Managers.
• Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice by management.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
Min 7 years of progressively responsible experience in the field of Account Management or Global Sales
Outside Sales Experience.
New Business Development.
Fastener / CNC Component Experience.
Prior experience working as National Account Manager is a plus.

Previous sales experience (recent experience strongly preferred) with a track record of.
success is required.
Must be able to demonstrate your ability to identify, qualify and generate new business.
through extensive prospecting and research.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with revenue deadlines.
Strong communication (written/verbal) is required.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) and other computer applications.
