WORK REMOTELY

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with 4-7 years of experience to join our team! You will oversee the digital marketing department, ensure there are systems and processes in place, present to clients, coordinate with the internal account team, hold digital team meetings, etc.

With your main emphasis on paid search and paid social. Proficient in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Programmatic Display Advertising, Ads and Meta Ads and provide relevant insight, s, strategies, trends, ing, and spending.

Responsibilities :

You will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing programs , as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase ROI and brand awareness.

Manage five team members in the digital marketing department.

• Maintain and monitor a full platform of digital marketing services that start from the top of the funnel, all the way down to a sale and customer retention :
• Google Ads (search and display)
• Meta Ads
• Microsoft Ads
• TikTok
• AI Integrations
• Lead Generation strategies including Remarketing, Geofencing etc.
• Marketing ROI Analytics & ing
• Execute and closely monitor campaigns while continuously making improvements.
• Confident in presenting strategies and complex data points in an articulate, easy-to-understand way to C-level executive client teams.
• Collaborate with the account team and clients to develop strategies to maximize return on investment.
• Ability to present complex data and ideas to internal teams and clients.
• Provide and interpret detailed s on KPIs, trends, insights, and spending while providing suggestions for the client and the agency’s account team.
• Communicate trends and patterns to the account team with the client’s general marketing efforts and goals in mind.
• Participate in proposal generation when digital marketing is part of the scope.
• Create digital strategy decks with the account team to present to clients.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in digital marketing algorithms to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
• SEO experience is a plus.

Qualifications :

• 4-7+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Google Ads and Analytics Certifications
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Deadline-oriented and self-starter attitude.
• Up to date on the latest trends and tools.
• Excellent communication skills (you will need to concisely interpret your s and recommend strategies for clients and our internal team).
• Strong project management skills.

Education and experience :
