We are experiencing continuous growth and have an immediate opening for the Insurance Claims Builder located in for our office located in Calgary, AB (hybrid). The position will be reporting to the Claims Desk Manager. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications include, but are not limited, to the following:

Key Responsibilities

Build insurance estimates

Expedite insurance estimates assuring service levels are being met

Respond and follow up with adjustors on estimate inquiries

Collaboratively work with the order desk, Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and Insurance Estimators

Assist the Order Desk in processing and ordering products

Assist with monitoring job gross margins insuring job profitability

Assist with claim building training of other team members

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a fast paced business environment

Experience working for an insurance company is an asset

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organization skills

Experience in a multi-tasking, deadline oriented, fast paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong mathematical skills

Xactimate/Coelogic knowledge preferred
