The Position: As a Post Secondary Education Content Coordinator , you will write content to aid counselors and advisors help high school students with financial and college readiness.

Your Tasks will include:

• Cultivate and manage external in-state and out of state content-related partnerships to develop a content maintenance calendar for continuous content creation, updates, and strategic collaborations opportunities.
• Develop methods to consistently collect and analyze feedback from key in-state stakeholders, primary target audiences, and strategic partners to effectively maintain high-quality high school content and resources.
• Perform maintenance and quality assurance for in-state and out-of-state content modifications, additions, deletions, and implementing approved digital enhancements within web-based learning management system.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing and communication team to identify and recommend strategic content-related collaboration opportunities to improve Texas OnCourse Academy user retention and growth.

Requirements / Expectations:

• Bachelor’s degree in school counseling or education.
• Six semester of additional relevant full-time work experience may substitute for 15 semester credit hours of required education, up to four years.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in educational setting including middle school or high schools, providing postsecondary and career counseling services to students, and engaging in professional community of school counselors.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite, Google drive, and Google Docs.
• Ability to create a script from data collected.
• Knowledge of college and career readiness advising frameworks and best practices.
• Knowledge of techniques for establishing workflows and road maps for developing and delivering products and services to counselors and/or educators.
• Skilled in analyzing and interpreting qualitative data gathered from surveys targeted at counselors, advisors, and high school students.
• Skilled in analyzing and interpreting qualitative data gathered from surveys targeted at counselors, advisors, and high school students.
• Ability to make recommendations and modifications from surveys and feedback.
• Ability to update modules in a timely fashion to effectively maintain high-quality high school content and resources.
• Skilled in maturity, integrity, discretion, positive attitude and grace under pressure.
• Ability to verbally communicate complex information in a clear, organized, and concise manner.
• Ability to engage key stakeholders and communicate technical information to lay audiences using a respectful, client- focused approach.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Has a positive “Can Do” attitude.
• Use your own PC/Laptop to perform work.

Project Term: 4 months starting ASAP
Compensation: $34/hr (W2)
Work Location: Remote
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-5, 25 hours/week
