An entrepreneurial analyst will have the opportunity to identify, analyze and close on Peak’s newest dental practices, making a vital contribution to the company’s continued expansion, and derive critical insights from our financial and operational data.

We are looking for an eager self-starter who enjoys rolling up his or her sleeves and taking on whatever tasks are most critical to the team’s success. The successful candidate will be an analytical powerhouse, be comfortable presenting to both executives and prospective targets, and have a team-first mindset. The Analyst will have frequent exposure to our entire management team and Board of Directors.

Primary Responsibilities

M&A

• Gather and model dental practices’ financial information to determine the practices’ attractiveness and scope out offer terms

• Prepare, deliver, and negotiate offer terms alongside Peak’s Business Development team

• Build due diligence decks for presentation to Peak’s Executive Team and Board of Directors

• Work with selling Dentists to guide them through the M&A process

• Analyze the landscape of U.S. dental practices using Peak’s proprietary predictive model to determine the most promising regions and specific targets for our marketing efforts

FP&A

• Investigate novel ways to tap patient, operational, and financial data to gain insights into Peak’s business

• Build Peak’s annual budget and analyze performance against the budget over time

• Analyze Peak’s pricing strategy and determine opportunities for improvement

• Work on ad hoc projects across the organization that require analytical expertise

Requirements

• 3 + years of analyst experience in a financial or corporate setting

• Superior quantitative and analytical skills, including Excel proficiency

• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience in dentistry or healthcare is a plus, but not required

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a defined sense of urgency is a must

• Superior research skills and comfort in client-facing settings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
