Talent Acquisition Specialist – Hospital

Peachford Hospital is searching for an RECRUITER/Talent Acquisition Specialist to find great employees for the hospital.

What Role Will You Play?

You will serve as the primary recruiter and handle other HR functions such an onboarding, orientation and portions of HRIS administration. Other duties could include employee relations, employee engagement and retention activities based on your interest and desires.

What Does Peachford Require for this Role?

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is required for this role as well as at least two years of recruiting experience preferably in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of iCIMS ATS is a plus.

What Will You Get To Do?

Our Recruiter is responsible for the following duties tasks:

• Leading the recruitment process for open positions including job postings, position control, recruiting, interviewing, and making offers of employment.
• Working with the HR Coordinator to manage the pre-employment process for new hires.
• Preparing recruitment related reports and ensure accurate and timely input of data into the HRIS system.
• Completing other duties applicable to the department and hospital.
