Talent Acquisition Specialist – Hospital
Peachford Hospital is searching for an RECRUITER/Talent Acquisition Specialist to find great employees for the hospital.
What Role Will You Play?
You will serve as the primary recruiter and handle other HR functions such an onboarding, orientation and portions of HRIS administration. Other duties could include employee relations, employee engagement and retention activities based on your interest and desires.
What Does Peachford Require for this Role?
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is required for this role as well as at least two years of recruiting experience preferably in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of iCIMS ATS is a plus.
