PDSA Hiring for HR Operations Business Partner at Birmingham Full Time

We are looking to recruit a HR Operations Business Partner to join our HR Operations team on a nine month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This is an exciting role where you will have the opportunity to play a key role partnering with your stakeholders to develop and implement people plans to deliver strategic objectives. The role will be key to supporting the development and implementation of organisational HR initiatives and projects as well as supporting your business partners with talent management to ensure we attract, develop and retain the best talent.

About you:
The successful candidate will have a breadth of HR experience, and a track record of partnering and influencing business partners with the ability to deliver through others. With a wealth of MI data available, we are looking for someone with the ability to interpret and provide insight to inform decision making and support the people agenda.
