Customer Service Representative

PDS Administration Company is a third party administration company looking for a customer service representative to join our team. This role would be suitable for an experienced customer service representative, preferably someone who has previously worked in a fast-paced call center environment.

As a customer service representative, you will:

• Answer, research, and resolve internal and external inquiries via phone, e-mail, fax, or mail
• Monitor various inboxes to ensure that all documents are saved and reviewed within established deadlines
• Provide customers with product knowledge and guidance as required
• Note and update customer accounts
• Support other departments as directed
• Work Monday – Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and some Saturdays from 8:00am to 12:00pm. Assigned hours may change after training is completed.

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong grammar, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure
• A warm, approachable manner and passion for customer service
• One year of customer service experience preferably in a fast-paced call center environment
• A background in Auto Repair or Auto Insurance Claims a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
• Experience using MS Outlook and Excel
• HS Diploma or GED
• Needs to have high speed cable internet (Connect via Ethernet cable not Wi-Fi)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.30 – $17.50 per hour
