$26.00 – $31.57 per hour (please note that junior rates may apply)
We are currently seeking passionate and keen Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Educators to join our PCYC Aspley East OSHC Service. Whether you are experienced or new to the industry, if you are enthusiastic and love working with children, then we want you!

Your New Role
Reporting to the Service Coordinator, you will be a valuable Educator who will deliver fun, engaging and interactive activities for primary school aged children. You will be responsible for interacting with and effectively supervising the children, whilst maintaining a clean and safe environment for all. About You

• Minimum Certificate III or working towards a qualification in an area of study relevant to working with children (desirable). A range of study areas may be recognised including: behavioural science, community services, creative arts, education, nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, sports and recreation and human welfare studies. • Experience working within the OSHC or childcare sector (desirable)
• Hold a Working with Children Check/Blue Card (or able to obtain)
• It is a mandatory requirement for all PCYC OSHC employees to have received the prescribed number of doses of a COVID-19 vaccine
• Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain)
• Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies
• Please note: All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
