We are currently seeking a motivated and goal focused Finance and Administration Officer to support the PCYC Queensland Finance Team. If you have a high level of attention to detail and a passion for finance, then we need you!

Your New Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role would suit someone with bookkeeping experience. The role is responsible for preparing and reconciling bank statements, processing supplier payments, timesheet entry, assisting with end of month, filing and data entry.

About You

• At least 3 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance and Administration role including timesheet entry
• Experience in TechOne, or similar accounting system
• Experience in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
• Current Driver’s Licence to travel to PCYC Branches if required.
• Please note: All PCYC employees are required to complete a National Police Check upon commencement.
