Responsibilities and Duties:

Providing excellent customer experiences.

Cleaning textiles, carpets, upholstery, tile and grout, natural stone, VCT flooring, oriental area rugs and area carpets and occasionally dyeing rugs.

Driving commercial vehicles to visit and connect with commercial, residential or institutional clients.

Always carry tools and proper equipment to ensure you are ready for use when needed.

Repairing carpeting or re-installing them based on the client’s needs.

Provide accurate documentation to both the client and our office on time

Qualifications

No experience, high school diploma or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience in customer service preferred

A valid driver’s license (G) and a good driving record

Technical skills

Read, speak and write English

Basic math

Ability to identify variances in color and odor

Schedule is flexible and is rotated by days, afternoons, evenings and weekends

Bondable personality with customers

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and do repetitive tasks

Physical work must be a to lift approximately 45 kg (100 lbs).

Must be able to bend, kneel, reach, crouch and crawl

A GREAT ATTITUDE is non-negotiable!

Integrity, concern for quality and standards

An IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning Restoration Certification) would be a BONUS

SIGNING BONUS UP TO $1500!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00 per hour
