Machine Operator – 2nd Shift – PCORE Electric

Pay Rate: $21.33 + Shift Differential of $0.45 = $21.78
2nd Shift Hours: 3:30pm-12midnight (MON-FRI)

• Training takes place on day shift and start time is 6:00am.
• Overtime is not mandatory and is offered occasionally (hours is on backend of end time and/or weekends)
• PCORE is a Union facility

Position Overview
The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating the HPS machines, to manufacture quality parts consistent with current safety, ISO, Quality, and housekeeping requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities: Under direct supervision, perform the following duties as required but not limited to:

• Assembly of POC bushings
• Assembly of PRC bushings
• PRC stud coating; wind cores
• Cut foils
• Clean and pack Bushing products
• Coat studs
• Assembly of other required Bushing products and any other task required to produce all Bushing products
• Other duties to ensure and maintain a safe, clean and productive facility will also be required. POC & PRC process operation is not required in this position.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ability to read and interpret instructions and documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
• JSAs and various technical prints
• Must be able to read and understand how to use a standard ruler/tape measure
• Must be able to read and understand various machine gauges and or equipment display readings
• Able to use hand and power tools
• Able to operator one or more machines as required.
• Understand machine controls (start, stop, E-stop, etc.)

Education
GED or High School Diploma required

Other Qualifications: Must be able to lift 35/lbs.
