Here’s how a(n) Talent Acquisition Manager for our US Head Office office contributes to our team:
Responsibilities
- Identify active and passive candidates using sourcing engines, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and well proven passive candidate recruiting methodologies
- Develop relationships with district HR managers to understand the current and future recruitment needs, job vacancy specifications and requirements
- Create and manage a solid pipeline for key and hard to fill positions
- Provide support and consultation to district HR managers in driving sourcing strategy to attract and identify the ideal candidate
- Drive specialized passive candidate marketing plans to create talent communities
- Promote the purpose and strategy of the sourcing role so that stakeholders understand and value the services offered
- Drive PCL’s diversity strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company
- Combine information (talent market trend, threats, opportunity, etc.) to be used for strategic business planning
- Research, recommend, and execute new and passive candidate recruiting methods, utilizing analytics where appropriate to develop sound recruiting strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of recruitment sourcing work experience in construction and/or engineering industries
- Strong interpersonal, consultative, and negotiating skills
- Ability to analyze hiring needs and assess candidate’s technical skills
- Experience working with internal clients to comprehend the nuances and responsibilities of each job description and effectively ask questions to vet candidate viability
- Experience using analytics to build strategy and alignment with business plans.
- Knowledge of OFCCP requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proficiency with MS Office products
- Previous experience with Taleo and/or SuccessFactors a plus

The salary range for this position is between $91,500 and $118,400 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
