• Management of one or more Projects following the PMO standards and Life Cycle of the President’s Choice Financial Project Management Office
• of project team(s) of various sizes, to ensure successful delivery of defined Project Objectives that are on time and within budget and deliver quality targets
• of Vendor(s) to ensure Project Deliverables are met on time and within budget within defined contract parameters
• Communication of project plans, status, budget, issues, risks
• Financial Management of Project Budget including Capital & Expense line items for all hardware/software, contract expenses, Vendors to ensure Project Budget is maintained and reported upon monthly to PMO Director, Finance & Project Sponsor
• Planning, Implementation & Documentation of project strategies and implementation plans to ensure delivery excellence of the Project Deliverables

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years Project Management within the financial services industry
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple and complex projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Logical thought process with the ability to, identify gaps and deficiencies and develop solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work within a fast-paced work environment, build teamwork and strong business relationships
• Ability to effectively apply project management methodologies and ensure that the necessary technical skills are included with the project team and utilized appropriately.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and exercise judgment in a changing environment
• Must possess superior negotiation/influence skills to manage and resolve conflicting priorities with clients and internal teams
• Leadership skills to establish direction, align people, and build commitment towards achieving goals
• Proven success at delivering projects where the client and team is geographically separated
• Proactive verbal and written communicator skills, including good, active listening skills.
• Knowledge of TSYS Card Systems background
• Proficiency in MS Project
• PMP designation would be an asset
