PB Heat LLC Hiring for Customer Service Representative/Analyst at Bally, PA Full Time

We are looking for a talented and competitive Customer Service Representative/Analyst that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. A Customer Service Representative/Analyst will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making and receiving dozens of calls per day.

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and requirements via phone and email
• Communicates with customers and advises availability and projected delivery date of product
• Enters orders, debits, credits, and Return Material Authorization into system for processing
• Compiles s and spreadsheets when needed
• Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Skills:

• Strong phone presence and experience making and receiving dozens of calls per day
• Outstanding Customer Service and communication skills
• Professional working demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and problem solver
• Team player who also works well independently
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office – SQL Queries via Microsoft Query Wizard; Excel: Conditional Formulas, Lookup, Pivot tables/charts; Ability to edit and troubleshoot Macros
• Bachelor’s degree and one-two years related experience and/or training
